Thomas Workman Jr., president of Thomas Workman & Associates, Certified Public Accountants in Boca Raton, was reappointed to the Florida Atlantic University board. John Dudley Goodlette, interim president of Edison State College in Fort Myers, was appointed to the Florida Gulf Coast University board. Leslie Victor Pantin, president of Pantin/Beber Silverstein Public Relations in Miami, was appointed to the Florida State Universityboard. George Arthur Skestos, of Longboat Key, retired founder of the Homewood Corp., Trinity Home Builders and Franklin Bank, was appointed to the New College of Florida board.

Fred D. Franklin, a lawyer with Rogers Towers PA in Jacksonville, was reappointed to the University of North Florida board. Stanley I. Levy, a retired partner emeritus at Grant Thorton LLP in Tampa, was appointed to theUniversity of South Florida board. Suzanne Lewis, of Pensacola, a retired superintendent at the National Park Service, was appointed to the University of West Florida board.
