DUE DATE: October 13, 2011

On behalf of the chair of the Senate Budget Subcommittee on Higher Education Appropriations, legislative staff has requested that the Board office provide a summary of the guidelines or policies used by each university to award tenure and merit increases to faculty. So that we may be responsive to the request, please provide us with the following information:

·       A summary of the guidelines or policies used by your university;

·       A copy of the guidelines or policies; and

·       Indicate if they are approved by the board of trustees (if so, in what format – collective bargaining agreement, regulation, etc).

The response should be returned to sus-submissions@flbog.edu on or before October 13.
