UFF-FAU represents ADHUS/FAU High Faculty.

UFF negotiators and UFF faculty representatives have negotiated important provisions in the Collective Bargaining Agreement:

• Up to eight weeks of sick leave can now be used for parental leave.
• Sick leave pay-out retained for ADHUS/FAU High faculty.
• Teachers may increase their salaries by seeking promotion through a peer review process after four years at ADHUS/FAU High.

In the face of continued assaults from the Florida legislature, your UFF representatives are fighting to protect teachers’ rights to a fair salary, job security, recognition of advanced degrees, and valid evaluations.
